Today millions of Americans bicycle because it's a viable and environmentally sound form of transportation, an excellent way to stay fit and healthy, and because it's quality family recreation. Give bicycling a shot this month. Bike to work, school, the store or just bike for fun!

This Friday, May 19, ride to theRome Town Green between 7:30-9am and receive free coffee and breakfast from Great Harvest AND a free bike safety check.

*Cycling 101-Class setting will go over gears, bike form, rules of the road, proper clothing, following by a ride along Ridge Ferry Trail (weather permitting) to practice what was learned

*Maintenance 101-Cleaning, derailleur adjustment, cables, trouble shooting shifting issues, and basic maintenance

*Bike 911-How to fix a flat, remove wheels, tires, tubes, replace and patch a
tube, inflate tube and reinstall

Class size limited to 15
All classes are $10 and must be paid the Wednesday prior to class (checks may be mailed to Cycle Therapy, no credit cards via phone)
If bikes have been purchased in the last year from CT, the class is free
Bikes not needed for class (except Cycling 101)
Coffee served at morning classes
